Terms of service
Last updated October 22, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and CatalogFlow Pro ("we", "us"), which operates CatalogFlow Pro at catalogproflow.com. By creating an account or using CatalogFlow Pro, you agree to them. If you use CatalogFlow Pro for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
The service
CatalogFlow Pro lets businesses manage products and inventory, create and publish catalogs and print designs, take orders, and send invoices. Features and limits depend on your plan, shown in the app when you choose one.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity in your account.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Owners and admins of a workspace are responsible for who they give access to.
Plans, billing and renewals
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically.
- You can cancel at any time in Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then moves to the Free plan.
- If a payment fails, we may limit paid features until it is resolved.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Getting paid by your customers
If you connect a Stripe account, your customers can pay your invoices online. Payments go to your Stripe account and are subject to Stripe's terms. We charge a platform fee of 1% of each payment collected through CatalogFlow Pro, in addition to Stripe's own fees. You are responsible for your prices, taxes, refunds and customer service for your own sales.
Your content
You own the content you add, including products, images, logos, catalogs and designs. You give us permission to host, display, process and copy it only as needed to run the service for you, including showing content you choose to publish. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
AI-generated content
AI features generate suggestions and designs from your requests. Results may be inaccurate or similar to content produced for others, so review them before use, especially prices, claims and contact details. You may use the results for your business, subject to these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use CatalogFlow Pro to:
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or sell illegal or prohibited goods;
- upload malware, attempt to access other workspaces, or disrupt the service;
- publish content that is fraudulent, misleading, hateful, or harassing;
- resell or copy the service itself without our permission.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Availability and changes
We work to keep CatalogFlow Pro available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and may change or be interrupted. Keep your own copies of important files, such as exported PDFs.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Ending your use
You can stop using CatalogFlow Pro and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you materially break them. Sections that by nature should survive (such as ownership and liability) continue to apply.
