How to edit a PDF for free in your browser

Open the PDF in a browser-based PDF editor, click the text you want to change (or add a new text box), then fill in forms, add a signature, highlight, or rearrange pages, and download the edited file. In CatalogProFlow's PDF editor the file stays on your computer; it isn't uploaded.

What you can do

  • Change or add text, and white out text you want to remove.
  • Fill in forms by typing on them, and draw your signature.
  • Highlight, and add images such as a logo or stamp.
  • Rotate, reorder, delete, insert and merge pages.

Steps

  • Open the PDF editor and choose your file.
  • Click a tool (text, sign, highlight, image) and click on the page.
  • Use the page panel to rotate, reorder, delete or add pages.
  • Download the edited PDF.

Good to know

  • Scanned PDFs are pictures of pages. The editor tries to detect the words; if it can't, cover the old text and type over it.
  • Changed text uses a look-alike font; check edited lines before sending.
