How to make table tents for a restaurant or café

Put one special, dessert or drink with a photo and price on one side of the table tent, and a QR code (menu, Wi-Fi or reviews) or a second offer on the other. Print on heavy card (14 pt or more), score it so it folds cleanly, and change the message every few weeks so guests keep noticing.

What to put on each side

  • Side A: one item, a photo and the price.
  • Side B: a QR code to the menu, Wi-Fi details, a review request or a second offer.
  • Your logo, small, on both sides.

Ideas

  • Today's special or a seasonal drink
  • Happy-hour times
  • Dessert of the week
  • Events: trivia, live music, holiday menus
  • Gift cards before the holidays

Printing

Table tents are printed on heavy card and scored to fold; each side here is 4 × 6 in. Laminate them or use a coated card if they'll get wiped down.

Questions

What size is a table tent?
This template prints each side at 4 × 6 in; other common sizes exist, so match any holders you already have.
What should a table tent say?
One clear offer per side: a special, a dessert, happy hour or a QR code to the menu.
How often should I change table tents?
Every few weeks, or whenever the special changes; the same card for months stops being noticed.
