How to show your menu on a TV (free digital menu board)
Design a TV menu board, open catalogproflow.com/tv in the TV's web browser, enter the pairing code in your account, and the menu shows full-screen. When you edit the design, the TV updates.
What you need
- A smart TV with a web browser, or a TV with a streaming stick or small computer.
- A free CatalogProFlow account.
- A TV menu board design (landscape or portrait).
Steps
- Pick a TV menu board template and add your dishes, prices and photos.
- On the TV, open the browser and go to catalogproflow.com/tv. A pairing code appears.
- In your account, open TV screens and enter the code, then choose which design to show.
- Edit the design any time; the TV shows the new version.
Tips
- Use big text — guests read from across the room.
- Keep one featured item or combo in a bright colour.
- Use portrait screens for drinks or narrow walls.
Questions
- Do I need special hardware for a digital menu board?
- No. Any TV with a web browser works, or a low-cost streaming stick or small computer with a browser.
- Can I show different menus at different times?
- You can switch which design a screen shows at any time from your account.
- Can I use the same design for print and TV?
- Yes. Use Resize to copy a printed menu to a TV size, then adjust the layout.
