How contractors and builders use this brochure

Leave brochures where homeowners can pick one up: on job-site signs, doors near current jobs and in hardware stores. The front panel should make someone pick it up, the inside explains what you offer, and the back panel holds contact details.

Show a before-and-after photo; it does more than a list of services. Write the inside panels so each one makes sense on its own; people rarely read a brochure in order. Add your contractor license number if your state requires it on advertising.

What to put on it

  • A cover headline and photo
  • What you offer: remodels, additions, repairs and new builds
  • Licensed and insured, with photos of finished jobs
  • Prices or how to get a quote
  • Contact details and a map or QR code
