How art and music teachers use this flashcards

Use them for warm-ups, partner practice, games and revision. Short, frequent practice with cards tends to stick better than one long session. Art and music teachers working on techniques, vocabulary and project briefs can change every word to match the unit.

Show an example of the finished piece; it sets expectations faster than instructions. Shuffle often and keep a 'not yet' pile for cards that need more practice.

What to put on it

  • One term or question per card
  • The answer on the back
  • A picture where it helps

Sizes and printing

This template comes in one size: Flashcards (cut-out sheet) (Print double-sided, flip on long edge). Print double-sided on card stock, flipping on the long edge, then cut along the guides.
