How elementary English teachers use this class newsletter

Send it home weekly or monthly, on paper or as a PDF in your class app. A short, regular newsletter gets read more than a long one now and then. Elementary English teachers working on phonics, spelling, reading comprehension and writing can change every word to match the unit.

Pair each reading task with a quick written response to check understanding. Keep the same layout each time so families know where to look.

What to put on it

  • What we're learning
  • Dates to remember
  • How families can help at home
  • Your contact details

Sizes and printing
