How elementary teachers use this class newsletter

Send it home weekly or monthly, on paper or as a PDF in your class app. A short, regular newsletter gets read more than a long one now and then. Elementary teachers working on reading, number sense, science topics and classroom routines can change every word to match the unit.

Large type and lots of white space help younger readers stay on task. Keep the same layout each time so families know where to look.

What to put on it

  • What we're learning
  • Dates to remember
  • How families can help at home
  • Your contact details
