How middle school maths teachers use this certificate

Hand them out at assemblies, the end of a unit or the last week of school. Personalised awards with a specific reason mean more. Middle school maths teachers working on fractions, ratios, equations and problem solving can change every word to match the unit.

Leave real working space under each problem; cramped sheets lead to messy, hard-to-mark answers. Load your class list to make a certificate for every student at once.

What to put on it

  • Student's name, large
  • A specific reason for the award
  • Date and your signature
  • School or class name

Sizes and printing

This template comes in 2 sizes, including Certificate (11 × 8.5 in) and Certificate A4. Print on heavier card stock so it survives the trip home; letter or A4.
