How preschool and pre-K teachers use this bookmark

Give them out with a new book, as a reward, or as a reading-strategy reminder. A bookmark that lives inside the book reminds students of the strategy at the moment they need it. Preschool and pre-K teachers working on letters, colours, shapes and routines can change every word to match the unit.

Use pictures alongside every word; most children can't read yet. Laminate them if they'll be used all year.

What to put on it

  • A title or reading tip
  • Space for the student's name
  • A design on the back

Sizes and printing
