How real estate agents and brokers use this banner

Hang it on a fence, a shopfront or behind a table at an event. Banners are seen from far away and for a moment, so one big message beats several small ones. Worth including: your brokerage name and recent sales.

Put one strong photo first; buyers decide whether to read on from the picture. Dark text on a light background (or the reverse) reads best from a distance. Add your license number and brokerage if your state requires them, and the Equal Housing logo if your brokerage uses it.
