How real estate agents and brokers use this business card

Real estate agents and brokers hand cards to buyers, sellers and neighbours at the counter, at local events and in person, and it's often the first thing a new contact keeps. Keep the front for your name and contact details and use the back for one message, such as a free home valuation.

Put one strong photo first; buyers decide whether to read on from the picture. Fewer, larger words read better on a card than a full list of services. Add your license number and brokerage if your state requires them, and the Equal Housing logo if your brokerage uses it.
