How real estate agents and brokers use this postcard

Mail them to a neighbourhood, include them with orders, or leave a stack at open houses, on doors in your farm area and in mailboxes. The front carries the picture; the back the details and address. Worth including: your brokerage name and recent sales.

Put one strong photo first; buyers decide whether to read on from the picture. Track results with a short code or a QR link unique to each mailing. Add your license number and brokerage if your state requires them, and the Equal Housing logo if your brokerage uses it.
