How real estate agents and brokers use this sign

Use signs for opening hours, directions, offers and rules. A sign is read from a distance, often while walking, so it needs very few words in very large type. Worth including: your brokerage name and recent sales.

Put one strong photo first; buyers decide whether to read on from the picture. Test it: step back the distance people will read it from and check the main line is still clear. Add your license number and brokerage if your state requires them, and the Equal Housing logo if your brokerage uses it.
